• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
